1. Acceptance and product scope

By accessing or using NatureBot, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

NatureBot may provide aquarium tracking, account management, AI assistant workflows, reminders, telemetry views, and related product features.

  • Create and manage accounts, tanks, livestock, equipment, notes, reminders, and uploads.
  • Use AI-powered tools such as assistant, recognition, summaries, and structured parsing workflows.
  • Connect supported telemetry or dashboard integrations where available.
  • Create public share links or summaries when the product offers those features.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials reasonably secure.

  • Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials reasonably secure.
  • Use the service only for lawful purposes and only in ways the product supports.
  • Do not upload malicious content, abuse the service, interfere with infrastructure, or attempt unauthorized access.
  • Do not rely on the service as a substitute for professional veterinary, scientific, electrical, or safety advice.

3. Your content and product license

  • You keep ownership of the content you submit to NatureBot.
  • You grant NatureBot a non-exclusive license to host, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate and improve the service.
  • That license includes processing through supported AI and automation providers when required to deliver product functionality.

4. AI guidance disclaimer

AI-powered features are intended to help organize information and surface suggestions. They are not a substitute for professional judgment.

  • AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date.
  • You remain responsible for decisions you make based on AI output or automation suggestions.
  • For serious livestock, electrical, chemical, or safety issues, consult an appropriate qualified professional.

5. Availability, suspension, and termination

  • NatureBot may change, add, pause, or remove features over time.
  • We may suspend or terminate access when needed to address abuse, legal issues, payment or policy problems, or security risks.
  • You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion through the app or public deletion guidance.

6. Disclaimers and liability

NatureBot is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free AI output, or perfect compatibility with all devices, integrations, or networks.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NatureBot is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses resulting from reliance on AI output, service outages, unsupported integrations, or unauthorized account access.

7. Updates and contact

We may update these Terms over time. Continued use of the service after an update means the latest published Terms apply.
